Raru is struggling to complete orders

15 orders with a total of 23 CDs placed between 17 Dec 2021 and 04 July 2022.

Every single order is passed the estimated shipping dates and there are still 16 CDs ‘In Process’

Generic replies received from the lady at the end of their customer service email account with the standard ‘would you like to cancel and get store credit’ reply.

This used to be a reputable company but now I 100% urge people to not do business with them until they sort out their issues
