Raru is a HUGE disappointment!

Raru has become a huge pain.

Whenever I hear people order from them, they have no issues, or the delivery is maybe 2 days late. With me...I have had non-stop issues with them! When I first ordered from them, I had to contact them and only then did I find out my product wasn't even at their warehouse. Next time I ordered something, it took 2 months and not one month like it stated on my Ordered items.

Now I order something which it shows available in the country, now after a whole week, I get told the item is not even at their warehouse. When will I get to order from Raru and everything runs smoothly?? Raru needs to get their act together and actually update their site and tell us if there is an issue immediately after we pay!!!!
