RARU has some serious problems

Very Bad Service Delivery. Placed and order for a computer component that shows in stock only to email them back over a month later and they cannot provide feed-back as they are waiting on supplier, Requested a refund. My refund was processed 2days later on my profile then placed another order for another item only to have the same result (1months and 2weeks) later. Requested a Refund and ill have to supposedly wait a month for my refund to be processed.
