RARU - ghost business

Could not fulfil an order they allowed to be raised on their site. There is someone responding via email to say the refund is in a queue but I'm not holding my breath. Its been going on for more than a month. I doubt they still operate. but someone is pocketing monies. We need a class action instigated for everyone affected.
