RARU *****ESTRS

Good Day I placed an order with https://raru.co.za/ on 18 July 2022 for Adata / XPG GAMMIX S70 BLADE 1TB PCIe Gen4x4 M.2 2280 Solid State Drive order number RCO-YEL-WQT there website clearly showed the item was in stock and would be delivered within 2 to 5 days. I contacted them on 26 July 2022 as this was indicated as the dispatch date of my order they informed me there supplier has stock issues and I will not be getting my tracking number. I was then given a new dispatch date for 2 August 2022 and again I was told the supplier has no stock. This went on until 9 September 2022 with them keeping me on a line telling me each time the supplier still has delays on the stock. I gave them the benefit of the doubt. But then tried to source the item from different suppliers and they immediately had stock they could send me. I requested the supplier from Raru they used on multiple times which they ignored. So to me it seems they never ordered the item and was never going to fulfill my order. I then requested a refund as its an item I never received and was waiting for longer 2 and a half months to be fulfilled and to date the refund still has not transpired. All correspondences was via email, they also don't answer there phone line. I did my research and it seems that Raru is busy with ***** as the internet is inundated with the same complaints. I can kick myself for checking there trust rating but because they are an merchant on the Mobicred platform I did not expect issues like this.. I dont know if this will be resolved but I am just getting al my facts together an will be opening a case of *****. Please be careful and rather not order from them as they take your money and never intend on fulfilling your order.
