RARU - DON'T EVEN THINK ABOUT DOING BUSINESS WITH RARU

This company is shocking to deal with, they don't understand the principle of being in business. Maybe they should deal with any of the other online portals to see how it works. Paid for my Bitdefender on the 8 3 2021 , cancelled on the 16 3 2021 due to non availability and delivery and am told i will get paid on the 20 4 2021, today is the 22 4 2021 and no signs of a refund. Isn't there a Ambud's office that deals with online companies , so the consumer can close this business down and put the staff in the street so they can understand why the customer is actually there?
