Raru does not deliver

I ordered and paid for reasonably expensive book August 2019 and was told that there were supplier problems. The book I subsequently found was freely available on line abroad, indeed at lower cost in many instances. I cancelled the option of waiting and requested a refund which they acknowledged but never executed it. In desperation, after nearly six months, I asked for a pay-back through my card account involving the bank, and it was granted. Raru obviously has problems and it would be prudence to stay away from them. Sorry for their employees.
