Raru do not deliver and do no process refunds

I have ordered a doll on the raru online website on the 18th of December 2020. I still did not reveive my doll order and then cancelled my order. To dat on 15 February still have not teceived a refund. Raru did nog deliver and because i cancelled have to pay an admin fee. They do not deliver and make money out of admin fees.
