Raru customers beware

Beware people, if Raru cannot supply you with goods they advertised/offered and you have ordered, you may/may not receive a refund. i am now almost two months down the line of ordering an item they offered but could not supply. I was told i would receive my refund, early February, we are now in March and still waiting. Their Excuse is even more concerning: “ due to the enormous number of refunds they are coping with, my name gets placed on a “first in, first out” policy list” If this does not reek of a ****, I don’t know.
