RARU complaint

ordered 3 x items in March/April 2022, waited for all items for +-5 months, enquired but was told no delivery due to covid restrictions, also could not phone them for same reason, cancelled said items+- 2 months ago, was told 30 day refund waiting period, now over 60 days & still waiting, have e-mailed them but each am told i will be advised when refund may take place
