Raru - be very wary!

Be very wary! I purchased an item on the Raru website in November 2019, but Raru subsequently informed me by email 2 weeks later that it was out of stock. Even though I requested them to refund me on multiple occasions the standard response each time has been "we are currently facing huge volumes of refund requests and are currently doing our best to process them at soonest". Needless to say I have still not been refunded after two months. Is it a ****? Rather shop with Takelot or Loot - their service has always been excellent
