RARU ARE THE WORST EVER

I wish I could give it a minus 1. This is THE WORST ********. I ordered and paid for a textbook which never arrived. I contacted them to get refunded so I could try buying my textbook via Takealot (stock wasn't available that's why I tried Raru). I had to write my test WITHOUT my textbook and am still getting no reply from Raru. Why is the Consumer Ombud allowing these ******** to operate? What benefit do these reviews offer if these *****S aren't held accountable? I wasn't buying items for entertainment, I was buying a very costly textbook for my studies. This is wrong in sooo many ways. I hope the owners of Raru get herpes and every other STI known to mankind... with bleeding boils in their ******s.
