Raru are ********

I think people should avoid Raru!! I ordered from Them before and waited for nearly a year for my order (when i ordered my item it Clearly said in stock). When i followed up i was told every time “the order is being processed” well my Order was being imported, but it clearly said it was in stock which a normal person would assume meant it was in their possession. After the year long wait i asked for a refund as it didnt seem i was going to get my item. They said they cant give me my refund as the order was already being processed. After a long battle and me actually seeking legal council i was told oh the item Has shipped and would be here in 15 working days (as site says).

I tried (foolish as it seems) to order 2 items again and it clearly says (ships in 15 days) which we shall see. But my issue now is, they say i havent made payment. Which i clearly have. I have a sms notification from the bank and a bank statement proving i have made payment, yet they send me emails saying i need to make payment… so clearly its probably going to be a year long wait for my “ships in 15 days” and now they want to double dip in me paying? Nah i would say stay far away from raru!
