Raru are pathetic

I ordered a book 29 November, was informed that they cannot get it. They gave me a credit which I did not want. I asked for a refund. I was told I would be refunded by the 19th December but to date no refund. This is not the first time I have had issues with Raru. There must be a place to report them and block them from doing this to others. Any other small company that does not deliver or refund gets blacklisted as ************. Surely Raru is the same? its pathetic. I am so disappointed
