DONT WANT TO CREDIT MY ACCOUNT

they reason is its not working. standard bank is not allowing it. but just previously they credited almost have of the owed amount. so what now. its been months with 30 plus emails and and forth. no help. RARU is robbing me. they basically forcing me to use the mony to buy something cause they cant credit my account. SERVICE SUCKS
