Raru - a ****!!

Pathetic service to say the least. They are *******. Took my money as quick as they could but are refusing to deliver, and also don’t want to provide a refund only a credit to their store - but who will want to buy from them ever again??? Their customer service agents are rude and do not respond to emails, and when they do, they are blaming the suppliers. I will be reporting my issue to the NCC.
