Quick to take your money, slow to deliver or respond without legal recourse

Ordered an item at the end of July with a delivery time of 3-5 working days (as stated on the product page), item was supposed to be shipped and delivered on the 5th of August yet almost two months later we’re still waiting. Endless generic email responses claiming ‘supplier issues’ adorn my email inbox whilst the product page delivery times change from 2-4, 3-5 and now suddenly 8-10 working days. Their telephone line goes to voicemail and nobody responds. Even getting a refund takes ‘15+ Days’ as a direct quote from one of their emails. We have now approached an ombudsman to compel them to refund or provide the ordered (and paid for) item. This company is causing themselves reputational damage by their own doing, their lack of transparency and honesty has wrought bad reviews on all major platforms which won’t be fixed anytime soon. A word from the wise, don’t order from this company, they will take your money and make you wait at their pleasure.
