Quick to take your money, but fail to actually deliver the product

Raru advertises products, let you pay for them and then wait for weeks after the supposed delivery day, only to say they don't have stock. It's always the suppliers, of course. As the seller, you really can and should do a lot more to inspire confidence. Simply shrugging your shoulders and pleading innocence isn't dealing with these issues.
