Ps5 console preorders

PS5. The preorders on this console were supposed to go live at 8am this morning, I was online from 7h45, trying to move it from wishlist to cart. Refreshing every 5 or 6 seconds. Only for it to say within 8h06, second batch sold out. How is this possible when it won't move it to cart.

How many hits were ordered 5 ?

When I call Cynthia just says sorry and thats all.

No information on how to resolve the issue or how to order or even when the next batch is coming.

How can we spend our money when the company is so useless they can't even order the right number for the demand.

The preorders of this machine have been handled very poorly. And this is not a cheap purchase for south Africans.
