Products not delivered and now no refund.

This company does not have a clue about customer service. I placed an order in December 2021. The expected delivery date was in February 2022. I followed up on many occasions to only receive the same response - we await confirmation from our supplier. In August 2022 I finally cancelled the order asking for a refund. We are in September 2022 and no refund has been provided. It is shocking how companies treat clients - this was my first and last order with this company as they are definitely not in the industry to deliver what you order - they are in the industry to take your money, make up excuses and not refund you.
