Poor customer service, no refund for cancelled order after 11 days & counting

Placed & cancelled order RCO-KA9-MK8 with them on the 20th & requested a refund. It took their customer service almost 72 hours to confirm the cancellation but instead of refunding me they gave a store credit, again I asked to be refunded. Someone promised to get back to me by Friday, it's Monday, I'm still waiting for someone to phone me or to receive my refund. 11 days & counting. After this dismal service I will never purchase from them again. I'd rather pay a bit more with someone else to be honest. Please just refund me, it's a lot of money to me.
