<p>I have been using Raru for just over a year & I don't regret signing up & shopping with them. Their quality of service hasn't dropped since day one. Finally, a store that is true to their word, if the item is in stock, then you are virtually guarenteed delivery the next day. The site is well maintained, user friendly & just a pleasure to browse, with a huge variety of goods to purchase.</p> <p> </p> <p>I am physically disabled & Raru makes delivery a breeze with CourierIt. My latest order was placed & payment made yesterday, 18 July, at 12:45pm. At 9:45am this morning, 19 July, delivery had arrived, which I believe is super fast. But what was breathtaking was the fact that the driver was aware of my disability & my landlady's difficulty in walking up stairs, so instead of hooting etc., he made his way in the gate & walked down the stairs. My parrot notified my landlady that somebody had arrived & upon opening the door, the driver stated that he was saving my landlady from walking up the stairs.
