Pathetic. Use an alternative

Absolutely horrible. Ordered my product on 13 September, delivery date is 5 October, which is AMPLE time.

5 October arrives, nothing happens. Nobody even contacts me to inform me my package will not arrive. Zero communication.

I get a new delivery date. 19 October! Another two weeks! Absolutely ridiculous, but at least I'd get my package then, right?

Wrong again. It's 25 October as I write this, and I still haven't received my product. No new delivery date has been communicated to me, so I'm completely left in the dark regarding my package I've been waiting 42 days for. There has been zero communication which hasn't been initiated by me.
