PATHETIC!! STAY AWAY FROM RARU

Absolutely Pathetic service!!!!

On 07/12/2018 I cancelled by order as the supplier was out of Stock. On 10/12/2018 They requested my banking details for a full refund. On 11/12/2018 it's been escalated to the refunds team and will take 7 to 15 working days. FF 15 working days on 06/01/2019 I email them asking when I can Expect my refund --- No reply. 3 days later on 09/01/2019 I send another email "Awaiting feedback" again NO reply. Fast Forward to today 14/01/2019 - 21 working days later and yet again STILL NO REPLY!!!

They are quick to take your money but useless when it comes to refunds... And then they don't even have the decency to email back to let one know what is happening...

NEVER AGAIN WILL I SHOP AT RARU... I WANT MY REFUND ASAP!!!
