Pathetic service - no stock, and no refund

Absolutely pathetic to deal with. Will never make use of them again. Ordered an audio cable which was supposed to be shipped in 7-10 working days. No cable, and no communication from them. Contacted them after the shipment date, and was told that they did not have stock. I requested a refund, and was told on the 2nd of August that it had being expedited for payment. On the 16th, still no refund, so mailed them again, and they will now 'pin' it for the 19th. Will spread the news on this one to all family and friends.... avoid like a plague.....
