Pathetic Service - No Refund Given

I have placed an order on 1 August 2022 and up to date have not received my items,

I sent an email on 1 November 2022 asking for clarity on the situation - I received a nonsensical response regarding delays in shipping,

I requested a refund, which to my knowledge had been processed as of 2 November 2022,

I have not received an update, nor the refund since.

I have emailed Raru twice and received no response.

I have noted that many customers have been complaining about the same issue,

If I do not receive a response from Raru in due course, I will be escalating the matter to the Ombudsman.
