Pathetic service from RARU

Most pathetic service ever. Placed an order in December 2021, it is now July 2022 still haven't received my order. They keep on saying it is due to flight restrictions because of covid they are not receiving any order from their suppliers overseas which is a huge load of bull ****!! I have ordered through Amazon & Ebay which is international and I receive their delivery on time through the so called "flight restrictions of covid" with no hassle. All I have to say is, keep away from RARU, they take your money and you don't get your stuff and when they have to refund you it takes just as long because you are in a "refund queue". Why a queue? Process the damn refund is all I ask. Most pathetic service and company in the history of South Africa.
