Pathetic service after shipping the wrong item...

Second time I tried purchasing something from RARU, second time they shipped the incorrect item. Clearly these guys are not serious about their business. One would think that since its their mistakes, they will be apologetic and try to get the correct item shipped as soos as possible but instead they act like they are doing you a favour.
