Pathetic Service

I placed an order for school books on the 21st September 2022, made payment, no confirmation email was ever received from them, funny as I placed an order the same day with Loot and I received a welcome and confirmation email from them the same day.

I received my order from Loot 2 weeks later but still nothing from Raru, so I emailed them requesting information on my order on the 6th October. They rep**** that they were experiencing delays from their distributors and could not confirm delivery of my order.

I emailed them again on the 12th October and received the same sad excuse.

On the 14th October I requested that my order be cancelled and a full refund done. They then rep**** that it would take up to 30 days to receive my refund in accordance with the Electronic Communications and Transactions Act.

So now I have to wait until the 13th November to receive my money back so that I can place a new order for my kids school books which I should of received 2 weeks ago according to their website, which states that it takes 7-12 working days.

And now there is radio silence, no replies to my emails nothing. I find this service totally and utterly pathetic and would never recommend this site to anyone.
