Pathetic Customer Service

Always pathetic customer service by the receptionist, viz. Cynthia. She is rude and abrupt beyond words.

They make the mess up and then try and shift the blame on to the purchaser and absolve themselves of any wrong doing.

With the diminishing online services in South Africa for entertainment physical media, we have no option at times, but to use them.

If I had my way, I wouldn't though.
