PATHETIC Customer Service and No Delivery of goods

Placed my order in early October 2019 and STILL have not received anything. This was supposed to be a gift for my husband whose birthday was in November! It's been almost 4 months and I still don't have my goods. When I brought this to Customer Service's attention, they made some feeble excuse but there has been no attempt made to resolve this. I am now requesting a refund and don't intend on doing business with Raru again!
