Outstanding Service, going beyond expectations

I ordered a game on special, they delivered it promptly. It was a game that required an online activation key. The key was in the box with a scratch covering. When I scratched it some of the key actually came off and I could not enter the cdkey. I mailed the Steam and the company that produced the game to ask if they could help, they said they could not but I could try the company I bought it from. I decided to try my luck and Raru got back to me in minutes, they said they would give me a new key the moment they had stock again. They just sent me the key and I am very impressed. They really did not have to do it, it was entirely my fault. A prime example of outstanding service.
