Orders always late with no form of compensation

My last 4 orders have been delayed, with my current order a month late from date of purchase. Customer service responds to all my query mails (hence the 2 stars) however, when queried about something to compensate for the delay, no feedback is given. Why even have an estimated shipping date if they're never going to keep to them.
