Order not fulfilled waiting for month

Im very sad to write this review but I have to. Raru has never let me down during the years but this last order I have been waiting a month a half and this was to complete my pc build. Yet I'm still waiting and there website is now down. I need help with my order not knowing if i will get or if my money will be refunded. However that you for keeping in contact with me Keeno from Raru in customer support you are keeping my faith up.
