Order delayed (RCO-4NW-9DF)

I ordered and paid for my product on 27/08/2020. According to you the "estimated" delivery date would be 10/09/2020 (10 working days).

I received an e-mail today (11/09/2020) advising that my product is delayed due to supplier not having stock. But you have received confirmation today that new stock has arrived and that you expect my product to arrive at your warehouse early next week. Only then will you ship out my order.

So within the first 10 business days there was no communication between yourselves and the supplier that no stock was available? You also couldn't manage my expectation better, only after the "estimated" delivery date you inform me that my order is delayed?

I should've bought my product somewhere else at a higher price, the inconvenience that you have caused is most definitely not worth the money I'm saving.
