Ordered an item that they said was in stock that wasn't, they said they would refund me is 15 working days, its been 38 working days and still no refund, they not responding to emails and they not taking calls. I have reported to Ombud which was three weeks ago and they said that they havn't got a response. raru need to be taken down and everyone to get their refund
