Nothing received and nothing refunded

<p>I ordered an item that was intended to be a Christmas gift about two months in advance from the Raru website, because I know that they start to complain about backorders and other situations when it come close to the delivery date, and the date that my items were intended to be delivered was around 18 December 2016. Needless to say, I didn't receive my stuff. I emailed them and told them that it was the second time that this had happened to me and all they said was they were sorry and that I should expect a refund within the next 48 hours.</p> <p>Three months later, I'm still waiting for payment and when I do email them they ignore it m.</p>
