None delivery of order and bad customer service.

I've placed an order for items with a 7-10 day delivery but after waiting MONTHS, multiple copy/paste replies from Raru blaming the supplier, nothing, every time I contact them it's the same issue, "Waiting for supplier", which is weird because I contacted their supplier and they warned me against Raru saying they have stock but Raru does not place orders anymore. Do not order from Raru! Bad customer service, none delivery and I'm not the only one.
