Non-delivery after 55 days

I am appalled by the incredibly poor service I have (NOT) received.

I placed an order and paid on 28 July. Delivery time promised: 7 days.

After 55 days, this has STILL NOT BEEN DELIVERED!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Disgusting – and very conveniently, the call centre is not operating.

I am exceptionally disappointed.
