Non-Delivery

I ordered a book from Raru in January 2022. This book was required for educational purposes. To date, I still have not received the book and in spite of good email responses from RARU assuring me that the book is still on it's way, the whole reason for purchasing the book in the first place no longer stands. I have had no option of a refund and am left deeply disappointed by RARU.
