No refund no merchandise but poor service

I ordered a vinyl through this company and I was told about supplier issues and this was in December, for months I've been trying to get my money back and they tell me I have to claim with PayPal, I don't understand why or how because I paid them directly, and yes I still don't have my money or the stuff I've purchased
