No orders received and no refunds

First ordered two books in late 2021. After two months I queried the delay. They said supplier issues. After 5 months books still not received so I queried and then cancelled the order. I requested a refund. They asked for my banking details (They could have just reversed the credit card transaction.) Supp**** banking details but never received refund.

Now I had a credit in their online store.

Ordered two memory modules on a Monday. Delivery 3 to 5 working days. Received email on Friday saying supply issues causing delays. 4 weeks later and still no delivery. Meanwhile advertised price had dropped. So cancelled unfulfilled order and placed new order. Already a week gone by and nothing.

Started think this is a ****. Did a Google search and landed up here. Wish I had done my research before placing my very first order.

Loot.co.za offered the same products, but slightly more expensive - however, in 14 years I have never not received an order from them.
