No Goods - No Refund

Ordered a Plastic Model Kit on the 22nd May 2022. After months of delays and promises, they said they couldn’t deliver. I then cancelled the order and requested a refund on the 19th of September 2022. Was told it takes 30 days, still waiting? Now 2 months later and still nothing.
