Regarding Orders: RCO-H9Z-JGT & RCO-YE5-KL8

Placed 2 orders on Black Friday, 23 November 2018. The parcels were delivered on 11 December 2018, but received the incorrect products for my order.

Logged a Support Request via e-mail on 11 December 2018 informing Raru of their error. Raru responds on 12 December 2018 with "Apologies for the inconvenience with this order. I will look into this for you and make sure you receive the correct units and advise soon." I don't hear from them again.

Followed up on 7 January 2019 for an update - no response received.

No Communication.
