No Delivery on expected date

I did a preorder a few months ago expecting an on day delivery. I waited the whole day expecting the delivery guy to come or even call me, but nothing. I now see he updated the tracking with a lie saying that he came here and tried to call me which he didn't do. I want either a refund or a compensation as I have to now buy the games elsewhere to play this weekend with my friends or delivery tomorrow which I doubt will happen in Pietermaritzburg.
