No Communication, No Refund - Violating the CPA

Utterly ***********, zero communication. I ordered an item over a month ago, cancelled it due to zero communication. I was promised a refund in 30 days and have not received even a cursory update, never mind the refund itself. I have lodged a complaint with the NCC, but am expecting very little from such a shambolic organisation.

I previously shopped with them and had no issues, but it appears as though they are now nothing but a **** - do not waste your time with them.
