No cancellation support - email or telephonic

This is laughable at best! I've placed an order, RCO-FR9-BB4, and received an email stating that the supplier will not be able to honour the order as the products are on back order and they cannot say when they'll get stock again. I'm unwilling to wait and I went onto the RARU site to cancel my order, but nowhere can I find a link or option to cancel the order and request a refund! The number listed for help also does not get answered and they do not reply to their info email!

I want to cancel my order and receive my money back... what are the steps from here???
