No bank refund from RARU on my order they did not fulfill.

RARU has not refunded my order that they did not fulfill Order number: RCO-WS3-7L9 Order date: 12 Feb 2022 No delivery on ETA: 7/03/2022, and they were unable to provide a new ETA. I cancelled the order 17/03/2022, as there was no indication of the order arriving. No bank refund to date 20/04/2022 despite emails requesting a refund. I was advised of a "refund queue" and a waiting time of 15 working days, then the refund will be processed next week.
