Worst online shopping experience ever! They are setting online shopping back by more than 10 years. At a time when online stores are the go-to method of getting what you need, they prove that having a website doesn't mean you know what you're doing. Zero customer service; they online answer emails when you want to buy. Queries after buying i.e. about delivery are ignored. I can't be waiting this long to receive my order!
