Raru finally ‘paid back the money’ on 29 October. I had pestered them with emails for weeks. I paid R1226 for books on 19 July. According to Raru shipping date was 9 September, but actually they had not even received the books into their store by that date. September 10 my repayment according to Raru had been “escalated to the refund department for processing”.
